Program student James Page created this nice security tip tickler that displays a different security tip each time the page is visited. His work is based on the work completed by the University of Virginia Information Technology and Communication Office. According to their website, "Security awareness means understanding the various threats that exist in one's environment and taking reasonable steps to guard against them. The security-aware individual invests a little time up front learning about risks and safeguards so that he or she will be less likely to have to lose a lot of time - or face more dire consequences - as a result of unnecessary vulnerability. While even the most diligent person is not immune to harm, a small expenditure of effort can greatly enhance long-term personal security". This project is expected to be followed by others that will further promote a security aware environment on the campus. Great work James!
